  I was extremely disappointed today and am frankly tired of medical offices taking advantage of good clients. I have been going to this facility for years both for my daughter when she was injured in 2008 and myself. I called to schedule an appointment for my daughter today and was informed I could not as I had a $25.00 balance from April 2008. What a joke, this was supposedly due to a missed appointment and they supposedly sent me multiple invoices. First I am positive I would not miss my daughters appointment and second I never received an invoice. This is absurd as we are talking about a balance of $25.00 from over 6-years ago not medically relevant. The attendant put me on hold to request a waiver from the supervisor who refused to waive this ridiculous charge. So the doctors in this office get a poor review from me and I have to consider their judgement and education that they would lose a much more substantial amount of money for services for my daughter and myself due to their refusal to be reasonable for a balance of $25.00 from over 6-years earlier.
  
  I hope this post will encourage the company to contact me and take a harder look at their policies and practices.
