  I had the worst experience here and wasn’t even there for an hour. The check in was friendly, and we went to our room on the second floor. First problem is that there is a thermostat on the wall which did not work.
  I had to call the front desk for them to tell me that it was disconnected and there was a control on the physical unit under the window. Fine, we got that working.
  My husband and I got into the elevator to go back down and it crashed hard. I already have a torn meniscus and I’m sure it ripped more. I tell the front desk who shrugs and tells me parts are ordered. Seriously? I have no idea how running a broken elevator is legal. I demanded to be checked out with a cancellation fee and left. Once home I emailed management who didn’t really seem to care. We ended up staying at a nicer place for less money and much better accommodations.
