  I came to this location yesterday after my cousin's graduation and he picked this restaurant to celebrate. At a glance the inside looks really nice the games are new and interesting but then let's get to the food part. So we were seated and mind you we had a big group but the restaurant was not busy at all. Despite the lack of customers it took us forever to get our food in fact one of our guests decided to cancel her order entirely due to the ridiculous wait. Not only that but since we were a big party there should have been multiple people taking our order and not just one person who seemed to be funny the front too. Not only that but for the dine and play selection, you do not get your cards until after you've paid for your food which is something you need to be told upfront. We finally get our food and then we are all wondering where the cards are so the kids can go get up and play while the adults eat and talk. I ordered a build your own burger which was not great. For one thing it came with a fried egg that I did not want on my sandwich, the meat was undercooked, and it was over salted. The only highlight about the burger was the big onion ring I got on it. I did however send the burger back and opted for the Monterey Chicken sans cheese and bacon. Our appetizer was good, we had the Tex-Mex rolls which were extremely delicious if ever decided to come back to this place it would only be for the Tex-Mex rolls and not the service or the rest of the menu selection. I'm aware this is a new restaurant but for my party to have such a bad experience definitely means this place has been marked off. Maybe they just had a bad day who knows but hopefully they can pull it together before it's the reason they are shut down.
